Payment and cancellation policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Payment is due before the session \/ at the time of booking<\/strong>. Please provide at least 48 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong> if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Cancellation Window:<\/strong> Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Late Cancellations:<\/strong> Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will have the full service charge processed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Package Policy:<\/strong> The Financial Foundations Package can be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase, subject to a $25 processing fee. It is non-refundable after 72 hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • No-Shows:<\/strong> Missing an appointment without prior notice will incur a $25 fee. To maintain a great customer experience, a one-time rescheduling accommodation may be granted under reasonable circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Late Arrivals:<\/strong> If you arrive up to 10 minutes late, no fees will be charged; however, your session will still conclude at the original scheduled hour slot to respect subsequent clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    All online credit card transactions are processed securely through Square<\/strong>. Your financial information is encrypted and protected according to strict banking industry security standards.
