The Art of Money was created to offer a supportive space for people who want to feel more informed, organized, and confident with their finances.
I believe financial wellness is not about perfection. It is about understanding your current situation, identifying what matters to you, and building habits and systems that support the life you want.
Many people feel ashamed, stuck, or anxious about money. But your financial situation does not define your worth. Whether you are trying to get organized, pay down debt, begin saving, improve your credit knowledge, or set a clear direction for your future, coaching can help you move forward without judgment.
My coaching approach
My approach is practical, respectful, and focused on your real life.
During our sessions, we will focus on the areas that matter most to you. I will help you break large financial goals into smaller, realistic actions. You remain in control of your decisions; my role is to provide education, structure, encouragement, and accountability.

Meet your coach
My name is Art Alvarez, and I am the founder of The Art of Money.
I created The Art of Money because I have seen how stressful money concerns can be—and how powerful it can feel to gain clarity and take one step at a time. My goal is to help clients feel supported as they build practical skills and make decisions aligned with their priorities. I have learned from my own personal experience, how important is to be financial literate, apply basic concepts, practice consistency and accountability. I worked for four years in a non-profit as a financial coach, where I had the privilege of working with individuals in Marin County to achieve their financial goals.
